Free live auction software

Run your live auction with QR code bidding

AuctionQR helps you run a live auction from your browser. Create lots, guide bidding from one dashboard, and let bidders join by scanning a QR code. They verify their email and bid from their phones, with no app to download.

Show the audience screen on a TV, monitor, projector, or video call so everyone can follow the current lot, bids, and countdown. When the auction ends, AuctionQR emails the results for organizers and bidders to follow up directly.

How AuctionQR works

  1. Create the auction

Choose a currency, add lots with descriptions and photos, and open the audience screen from your organizer dashboard.

  2. Invite bids by QR code

Bidders scan the code on the audience screen, enter a name and email address, verify by email, and bid from their phones as you run each lot.

  3. Share the results

Close the lots and end the auction. Bidders receive their results and the organizer's contact details. You receive the full results, bidder contacts, and a downloadable record for follow-up.

For the organizer

Stay in control of the room

Open, pause, resume, or close bidding on each lot from your dashboard. Add or edit upcoming lots as the auction progresses. The audience screen shows the current lot, photo, leading bid, countdown, and join code on a shared display.

For bidders

Follow and bid from a phone

Verified bidders see live updates and can place bids without installing anything. You choose whether other bidders see nicknames or bidder numbers; their email addresses stay visible to the organizer for auction follow-up.

What is AuctionQR?

AuctionQR is browser-based software for running a live auction. It connects the organizer's dashboard, a shared audience screen, and bidders' phones in one auction.

Is AuctionQR free?

Do bidders need an account?

No account or app download is needed. Bidders enter a name and email address for the auction and use an emailed code to verify it.

Can I use it on a video call?

Yes. Open the audience screen in a separate browser tab and share that window, or show it on a TV, monitor, or projector.
